বড় বোনের বাড়িতে এসে শ্লীলতাহানির শিকার হিন্দু নাবালিকা অর্পা রানি (১৪)

কিশোরগঞ্জ জেলার বাজিতপুর থানার অন্তর্গত শোভারামপুর গ্রামে হিন্দু নাবালিকা মেয়ে অর্পা রানি (১৪) তার বোনের বাড়ি (দাদা বাবু) প্রদীপ রঞ্জন এর বাড়িতে বেড়াতে এসে শ্লীলতাহানীর শিকার হয় । ঘটনার বিবরনে প্রকাশ হিন্দু কিশোরী শ্রীমতি অর্পা রানি (১৪) গত ৬।০২।২০ তারিখে ৬.৪৫ মিনিটের সময় কিছু সন্ত্রাসী এই অপরাধ সংঘটিত করেছে ।

 সন্ত্রাসীর নাম মোঃ হৃদয় (১৯) পিতা কাদের মেম্বার এবং আরও দুই-তিনজন । ঘটনার বিবরণে আরও প্রকাশ মেয়েটি তার বড় বোনের বাড়িতে আসার সময় উপরে উল্লেখিত আসামী তার দলবল নিয়ে মেয়েটিকে এবং টানাহেঁচড়া করে শ্লীলতাহানি ঘটায় এবং মুখমণ্ডলে কামড় দেয় । মেয়েটির চিৎকারে আসামিরা পালিয়ে যায় মেয়েটি অসুস্থ হয়ে অজ্ঞান হয়ে যায় ।

 প্রদীপ রঞ্জন ধর (মেয়েটির দাদা বাবু) বাংলাদেশ মাইনরিটি ওয়াচের সহযোগিতায় আসামির বিরুদ্ধে বাজিতপুর থানায় একটি নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন আইনে মামলা করে মামলার নাম্বার হল ০৪ তারিখ ০৯।০২।২০ ধারা ১০/৩০ সংশোধনী আইনে । ঘটনাক্রমে ০৮।০২।২০ তারিখে বাংলাদেশ মাইনোরিটি ওয়াচ দিঘীরপাড় ইউনিয়নের ঋষিপাড়ায় হত্যাকাণ্ডের তদন্ত করতে গেলে মেয়েটির আত্মীয়-স্বজনরা অ্যাডভোকেট রবীন্দ্র ঘোষকে জানালে তিনি উপস্থিত জেলার এসপি এবং ওসিকে অবগত করার পর এবং বিষয়টি এলেকার জনগণ জানতে পারে এবং বিচার দাবি করে । বাংলাদেশ মাইনরিটি ওয়াচ উক্ত ঘটনার তীব্র নিন্দা করেছেন এবং অপরাধীকে অনতিবিলম্বে গ্রেফতার করে আইনের আওতায় এনে শাস্তির বিধান করার জন্য অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি । 

In the village of Shovarampur, under the Bajitpur police station of Kishoreganj district, a minor girl, Arpa Rani, (14), came to visit her sister's house (grandfather Babu) Pradeep Ranjan's house. According to the details of the incident, the Hindu teenager Ms Orpah Rani (14) going to her sister's home some perpetrators committed the crime on 06.02.2020 at about 6.45 minutes minutes, caught hold of this teenager,started to bite on the face of this girl and she was sexually assaulted. The perpetrator's name is Mohammad Ridoy (19), and unidentified two or three others. Further details of the incident were reported when the girl came to her older sister's house and the accused mentioned above allegedly molested the girl and molested her and bit her in the face. The accused escaped with her screaming, the girl became ill and became unconscious. Pradeep Ranjan Dhar (girl's grandfather) filed a case against the accused at a Bajitpur police station under the Women and Child Repression Act, dated 09.02.2020 under the 1/3 amendment act. Accidentally, the relatives of the girl informed Advocate Rabindra Ghosh when the HR team of Bangladesh Minority Watch went to investigate another murder incident of Hindu Sribash Das of Rishipara of Dighirpar Union on 8th Feb,20 and after knowing the incident of sexual assault on the Hindu girl Advocate Rabindra Ghosh informed the SP and OC of the present district, and the people of the locality demanded justice. BDMW President talked with local people and they all demanded exemplary punishment of perpetrators responsible for crime against humanity. Bangladesh Minority Watch strongly condemned the incident and urged the culprit to be immediately arrested and brought to justice under the law.
